waha! sa wakas! pinadalhan na rin kami ng wireless router! sweet! Unlike the oh-so-kakainis-non-working router na linksys, this one is new. fresh from new jersey, my new wireless router is from NETGEAR©, which has the capacity to uh, yeah, provide wireless connectivity from my laptop. hehe, pwede ko nang dalhin sa banyo ang laptop ko! no more messy internet connections for me! wee!

Madali lang pala talaga mag-set up ng nyetang wireless na yan. “next” at “ok” lang ang ginagawa ko, no need na nga to restart the system eh. ewan ko ba dun sa linksys na yun, nag iinarte talaga. ayun, at dahil saksakan sya ng arte, itatabi ko na sya kung san sa nababagay.(I’m still thinking kung gusto ko sya ibenta, knowing na hindi ko sya napagana dahil sa sira sya, o baka tanga lang talaga ako sa manual setup .ehehe. )

ok, so up and running na ang internet ko, next stop, the wireless. easy, nadedetect ng laptop ko ang…. wtf! SECURED WPA key?!?! ano yun?? :O MikeRay? sino yun? oh well, turns out na hindi pala talaga brand new ang router na to. Mike might stand for my cousin, Micheal, and ray as raymond for his younger brother. So i have to reset pala. hehehe. So, I got a pointed object and tried to reset the router. blink. off. on. blink. ayan reset na.

I set up a secured wireless system,para hindi na maka-connect ang mga kapitbahay ko sakin. I know, its a little selfish, kasi ako dati, naka-connect ng free sa wireless nila, my neighbor’s wireless config was so lax, I could even access their gateway! sheez! pero by the time na i-try ko sana i-access yung shared docus nila, heck, the connection was cut off. anyway, moving on, ayun nga, sabi kasi nila mama, na i secure ko daw, para walang mang-hack(or anything like that). as if, hehe, anu ihahack nila sakin? ang music collection ko? JPCS pictures? pictures ng amzing twins? OT? asa naman. ay teka, ang pron server ng amazing twins. heheh. mahirap na.

after setting up the secured connection, the internet for my laptop worked fine, I checked the speeds for my desktop, and it read 527kbps. ok na to. ganun din sa laptop ko. ayus talaga. even the download speed. ayus talaga.

And all of this syempre will not be possible kungdi dahil sa tito ko, Thank you po tito raul!
