kumakain ako ngayon ng noodles. In case you wanted to know my dear readers, Iam now currently gulping down a hot, and yummy seafood nissin ramen noodle soup.

I love noodles. especially the Ramen, being a foodie, I try to taste the city’s best and scrumptous noodles. andyan ang mga japanese restaurants. they are a bit pricey I know, pero suka ka naman sa dami pag nakabili ka so sulit din. baguhan palang ako sa noodle culture. ang pinaka bonggang nakain kong ramen ay ang sa tarabe ng moa at ang mga ramen ng rai rai ken. so far, they are the best.

the chinese. sa kanila nanggaling ang idea at concept ng ramen, so they also have their own nice stuff.  malamang pag sinabing chinese noodles e chowking agad ang nasa isip, hindi ko kayo masisisi. medyo overrated na ang chinese noodles sa chowking na mukha nang local mamihan ang consistency ng ibang noodles nila. take for instance ang spicy noodle nila,  kung alam nyo at nakikita nyo ang hoisin sauce sa local grocery, aba, the spicy stuff there is JUST, HOISIN sauce. kaya ako, whenever I go to chowking and order a bowl of noodles, kahit na mahilig ako sa spicy stuff e mas pinipili ko parin ang normal non spicy version, then just order an extra helping of my favorite chili sauce.

the korean stuff. the pungent smell of the kimchi may have scared you and the red hot chili pastes, pero don’t fret, bukod sa masarap, e hmm, masarap talaga sya! madalas kong binibili e ang seafood flavor variety. bakit? coastal country ang seoul, at ang iba pang probinsya sa korea na madalas e masasarap ang pagkain. this also goes to japan, na seafood ang main feature ng dishes nila.

vietnamese. well, this one is new, and not that common. got my first vietnamese noodle in pho hoa, and loved it ever since. heavy and thick noodle soups ang korean, chinese and japanese. pero sa vietnamese, it was like a spa treatment for the tummy. light, pero hindi matabang. eating it was also like a theraphy. kahit na pure beef ang viet noodle ko, I haven’t got any gulit. it also has these bean sprout and lemon wedges as side dishes, and an optional hoisin and chili sauce.  sarap no? mas masarap lalo kapag may vietnamese iced coffee na kasama yan. hehehehe.

hindi lahat ng noodles peyborit ko. masakit man isipin at unawain, hindi ko trip ang local style noodles. hindi ko nilalahat. ayoko nung sa quicktime, sobrang alat. I remembered nung pumunta kami ng samar, noodles was the only safe food, e wlang iba, nasa gitna na kami ng kagubatan, so walang choice, i have to eat that. pagkatapos kong kumain eh, mahiget 3 bote ng tubig ang ininom ko para mawala ang sobrang alat sa bibig ko. yuk.

next, the bulalo flavored types. man, bakit ba? it just tastes like, super salted water with soggy noodles! cmon!

all the lucky me!variants. ang alat masyado. kaya, kahit pansit canton e sa nissin ako.

how about maggi? I used to love them, pero natalo sila ng lucky me and was I think gone for some time, and came bakc with new flavors, probably I think with the mushrooms flavors. still salty, pero, bearable unlike lucky me.
