Thanks to the cd pre. hehe!
Nung una, I was reluctant to listen to it. I never wanted to watch it, nor I had any intentions of doing so. I have so many reasons on why not to listen to it, that I can’t even find good one to stick to.It took me almost all day on whether to listen to it or not. I procrastinated the whole day looking for old chinese romance movies on torrent, and eating our refrigerator out. But before sundown, I finally took the courage to listen to it finally.
I closed my eyes as I listened to the tracks. The audience chants, the ecstacy of being once again hearing the songs from the band itself drowned me in a regretful feeling that I should have been there. what would it feel like?, I asked myself. If this cd bought me so much drama, then what will the real concert make me?
hehe. Before I knew it, I was a fan again. having watched the documentary on a music channel, I realized that the cause of their breakup was not about the fights. It was time. the boys grew together, but thier minds gradually grew apart. the conflicts was a good sign that they still want it to keep it together, not knowing and realizing that each of them finally knew what they wanted and sadly it doesn’t fit. It didn’t took that long for them to realize that, and soon after they went their different ways.
it’s time to graduate–ely
the eraserheads story has again written a beautiful song that pretty much resembles our lives. laughter and sorrow, hellos and goodbyes, and the never-ending struggle to keep everything the same in this ever-changing world. But like this reunion, life somehow grants us our hearts’ wishes, making us realize that everything has its’ worth and be thankful for every chance to be in moments we really love.
So, am I watching the next ehead gig? I don’t know. 
Si Ms. Kristine Carandang, nag-eemo? Hahaha.
Whether you say it so or otherwise, you learned to love them. Nasa denial stage ka lang noon at siguro, hmmm… ewan. Basta, you can never deny the fact that there’s a place in your heart for that band, and it is still in there, after all of these years.
By the way, yung NU Rock Awards 2008, hmmm, feature doon ang Pupil, Markus Highway, The Dawn at Sandwich. Kaya mo na ideduce kung ano pwede mangyari with those bands involved… hehe.
Ingat ka dyan sa ‘Pinas at pagaling ka ha!

Anyway, there’s still a lot of time for you to decide if you really want to watch the 2nd reunion concert. It’s still cooking, so think carefully, baka mag-emote ka na naman haha!

I haven’t seen the cd. but i bet it’s gonna be pretty nostalgic. When i was in grade 4 may cassette pa ko ng eheads eh (arbor ko sa aunt ko na dalaga pa nung time na yun)
At tsaka every young filipino yata who plays guitar, never in their life, have they not tried to play EHeads songs.
Nung 4th yr hschool ko sinubukan yun eh.. at that time din i first held a guitar. (kasi i di ba kpg hschool may mga nahilig sa sports, yung iba magic cards, ako, yun ang natripan ko eh)
I even had a folder of chords of many of their songs. Naalala ko pa nga ung “Pare Ko” yung una kong natugtog sa mga kanta nila eh. Madali lang kasi..(pero kung patugtugin siguro ako ngayon nun ndi ko na alam at nawawala na yung folder na yun huhu).
Sa college nmn mga kajammijng ko noon gusto nila tugtugun sa rental studios mga Kamikazee and some emo songs, and the other kjamming ko nmn Jrock, luma na daw eheads songs kaya yaw nila. kaya ako..nagsosolo na lang sa bahay ng acoustic guitar sa eheads songs..(but i’m no singer so it sucks when i play alone hehe).
waaa! ngayon pa lang nostalgic na ko hehehe..

ako yung unang 3 tapes nila, meron ako, hehe. mas masaya parin sakin yung tapes, kasi pahirapan kapag nag fforward ka, may challenge. alam mo tuloy lahat ng kanta nila.
