Sunburned Killer

Matapos ang ilang buwang hindi pagkikita, e sa wakas kami ay muling nagkrus ng landas ng dakila kong kambal, and now, with GinPao. Ginpao has been with us for the past couple of good ol’ fashioned gimiks, at nasasanay na kaming kasama sya lagi, na dala ang camera nya. we even already formed a bonded relationship with his digital camera.

Matagal tagal din kaming hindi nagkita ni janet. yihee. na miss ko tong bruhang to. Heaven only knows how I miss this basket case, and our good old days of endless laughter. For once, tumawa uli ako like there’s no tomorrow, and catched up with almost everything that happened into our lives for the past few weeks, or months.

We had our lunch in Amici, a new Italian spot in atrium in Megamall. Good thing we had the couch seats near the window, so we had the most perfect (lol. redundant) snapshots. yey!

Amici sure does know how to deplete our wallets and our hunger. Though it was sbarro-like in price, Amici was more Awesome. ayoss. Actually, ok na kahit mahal, kasi sulit naman talaga. Para sakin, its way way better than sbarro. yes, in terms of price and taste.

Pagkatapos mag-ingay sa Amici, kami ay nanood ng sine. Being eternally young at heart, we opted for Bedtime Stories, which starred Adam Sandler.Oh wait. trailers palang ng ibang movie, benta na samin. hindi masyado halata na mas sulit yung ticket sa amin kesa sa ibang manonood. Bedtime Stories was far better than I expected, it was funny and light to say the least, than maybe watching Transporter. Hey, bata pa naman kami no, walang pakialamanan. di rin naman daw maganda ehh. hehe!

pagkatapos ng pelikula, nagpasya kaming mag-ice cream, kungdi saan pa, edi sa amici ulet! ahaha! favorite na namin dito pramis. umorder naman kami ng ice cream of different flavors, at nagdecide na tikman at bawat lasa nito. nanlibre rin pala si ginpao ng 4 na oh-so-to-die-for cream puffs (coated in vanilla and dark chocolate). wait. I almost forgot, ang heaven sent mozarella frittos. They were so good, janet and ginpao decided to buy 2 more servings after our ice cream and cream puff feast. grabe sa katakawan. pero ok lang, masarap naman talaga. walang nasayang. ni anino ng herb-infused tomato sauce is not present. saya. Ginpao then had another appointment in Malate, that’s why he decided to go earlier. nagvideoke kami sa timezone, only to find out na lahat ng battery for their wireless microphones nila e is running on low. lahat ng nakita kong videoke cubicles has customers tapping their wireless mic on their hands, just as if to check what the f*ck has happened, at hindi nila masulit ang 12php/song ng timezone. nakakabadtrip. but it was ok lang. hehe.
