Lucban is not only known for its famed Pahiyas and Longganisa, But for Pancit Lucban.
Everytime I go back to Quezon, I wouldn’t miss a chance to grab this dish. Be it my tita dayday’s cooking or the one from buddy pizza, if it is pancit lucban, i’ll give it a go.
On the other hand, If you want to try the real pancit lucban, you shouldn’t fail to check out the Old Center Panciteria. Although it is not as fancy as Buddy’s, well, in my opinion, they make better pancit lucban.

the old center panciteria makes their own noodles, and sells them at the front, dried or fresh. The interiors remind me of a 1970′s cafe, with all the cream-colored high ceilings, and wooden tables and panels. with an open-door shop, the cool breeze of lucban freely ventilates the dining area. The shop itself is inside a wooden house, with almost no significant signs, so I had some difficulty finding this, when in fact, they serve yummier pansit. hehe.
well in case you want to drop by to this quaint little pansitan, it is located at the right side street of buddy’s pizza. if you are facing buddy pizza of course. aheheheh. They also serve longganisang lucban, miki bihon, and those two varieties of chami, in which I forgot their names. 
If you can’t get enough pansit, try the street food stalls that offer pansit lucban, called habhab, served in banana leaves.

In my second year, my classmates and I used to sneak to Center Panciteria in the afternoon for a half-bottle of lambanog (lapad) and a plate of pancit Lucban for our pulutan. This was how most of us Lucbanins became indoctrinated in the art of lambanog drinking which lasted throughout our lives.
