Source: Cebu Pacific flights to Catarman cancelled

According to the article, all flights are now cancelled. What a waste, I’m still planning to make another trip to this sun-drenched town. One of my newest favorite summer destinations, Catarman, will be again inacessible to a lot of tourists.

Hindi ko alam kung permanent pa to or whatever, pero kahit ako naranasan ko yung hassle ng pedestrians along the runway. My flight was slightly delayed kasi may mga tumatawid sa runway (we stalled for about 10 minutes or so). I’m sure na concerned din ang Cebu pacific sa mga tao dun, pero sana may gawing paraan yung lokal community, if not the government to do something about this. More and more Filipinos ngaun ang nagttravel by air due to cheap airfares, tapos ganito? sayang ang opportunity. The much needed tourism boost might be just a dream if this continues. Sana temporary lang yung cancellation ng flights.
