I don’t normally read my previous posts, but since I have a lot of time lately and I probably prefer these aside form doing anything else, hehe, bakit hindi?
Natatawa nalang ako sa mga nababasa ko. especially when we were still in school. Although hindi na nagppost si janet dito, (hehe I don’t know why, I think she wanted to change the domain name. hehe. don’t worry, we’ll get back to that sometime dear. :)) she is more of daily blogger back then, even disclosing event-per-event of the day just as it was if, it was a boxing match. walang labis, walang kulang. Most of our articles back then were really funny because we tend to be very busy with almost everything, that some events tend to be hilarious and fun without even trying to. This is the follow-up post from pagpapapayat 101(pre-requisite).I’m no expert at this pero naranasan ko na rin mag-angat ng timbang at magkaroon ng konting laman. this are some of my personal styles on gaining some weight (kung sawa ka na magpapayat at wala nang kasya sa mga damit mo.)
1. have midnight snacks. snacks pare, I don’t mean dinner. kung sobrang busog ka, di ka makakatulog.

Hmm. seems ako ang perfect example ng pagpapapayat. All-natural and guilt-free. Althpugh I’ve been shunned by many of my friends as being “unhealthy skinny”, wala na akong magawa kasi ganito talaga ang madalas na kinahihinatnan ng katawan ko, not sexy, kasi naniniwala din ako na ang pagiging sexy eh, galing sa nagdadala yan.
